Security
The pages on which you submit your credit/debit card details are secured by being on a Secure Site, witnessed by the little yellow padlock  which you should see at the head or foot of your Browser. These pages are on the Bank's own server, and no card detail is seen or stored by ZipVit. Distance Selling Regulations
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased and claim a full refund. To cancel your order, you must notify us within seven (7) working days following the day of delivery. The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Products cannot be returned if the security seal has been broken.
You do not have to pay the postage charge for returning products for refund within the time-scale detailed above, use our FREEPOST address. Write on your return package:-
